Onsite Service
On-Site Service is a core part of our business. Onsite servicing is essential to trouble shoot network or complex faults particularly for businesses. We support networks from the smallest home systems to hundreds of computers in a complex multi-server environment.

The GSoft Service Centre
All GSoft stores have fully equipped Service Centres. In particular the Smithfield head office houses one of the largest workshops in Adelaide. Here we undertake construction of new Servers and computer systems, as well as in-depth contract repairs for many major manufacturers. We also perform general servicing of computers, printers, monitors, scanners, office imaging machines and industrial electronics.

GSoft Electronic Services
GSoft's Electronic Services department performs electronic fault finding, repair and overhaul of a range of electrical equipment. Our electronics expertise is extensive and this provides a capability offered by few other maintenance companies. This makes GSoft a unique organisation within South Australia.

Monitor Repairs
GSoft's Electronic Services department looks after all monitor repairs, including the repair and overhaul of flat panel displays, projectors and conventional CRT monitors.

Servers & Networks
GSoft Specialises in total IT support for your business. This includes everything from initial design consultations, guidance on acquisition, manufacture and deployment and then continues with in-service maintenance support, regular maintenance schedules and ultimately replacement upgrades.

Electrical Testing & Tagging
The increasing emphasis on Occupational Health and Safety places many responsibilities on your business. Regular Safety & compliance checks are required, many of which must be carried out by authorised, qualified or registered individuals and organisations. GSoft can provide many of these services.
